The Rocky Mountain RoughRiders would like to congratulate Will Sinclair and his family for Will's selection in the 2019 Western Hockey League Draft. Sinclair was selected in the 8th Round, overall pick #166 by Medicine Hat. Sinclair ('04) is a 5'10" 145 lb Defenseman from Niwot, CO. Sinclair has been with the Rocky Mountain RoughRiders since the 2017-18 season and played on the RoughRiders 13U and 14U teams.
"Will has great athletic ability, above average strength and speed for his birth year. He combines this with a great deal of mental toughness and the ability to "go to the pain cave." He pushes his body as hard as anyone I've seen. He's made huge improvements in the last year and I look forward to seeing him achieve his goals," said Coach Matt Huckins.
