The 5'11" 185 lbs. native of Highlands Ranch, CO, played his 15U, 16U, and 18U seasons for the RoughRiders from 2014-2017.  Marti played junior hockey for the NAHL's Bismarck Bobcats during the 2017-18 season and will return to the Bobcats for the 2018-19 season.

Jacob said "he looks forward to serving his country, continuing his education, and playing Division I hockey for the Air Force Academy."

"Jacob has put in the time and effort with his in-season and off-season work.  He has matured as an athlete to understand work ethic is needed to go along with great skills.  We are proud of him here at the RoughRiders!" said Coach Smail.

Congratulations to Jacob and his family.  We wish him the best of luck with his future hockey and academic careers.
