Apparel/Equipment Fittings 2025

This year, we will be hosting the apparel/equipment fittings in the Sports Operations Department. We are located on the second floor of the Blue Sport Stable building. Head upstairs, go all the way down the hallway, and look for the last door on the left across from the Town of Superior office.

Deadline (for both forms): Tuesday, June 10th at 9:00 PM

Are refunds and exchanges accepted?

We’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges since every item is custom-made. Because each order is created based on your selections, we can’t restock or resell it. If you are unsure about your player's sizing, please take advantage of the above fittings times to ensure you get the exact size.

What if my player is not local?

If your player is out of state, we recommend reaching out to their Head Coach to see if there’s another player on the team with a similar build. This will be a helpful reference when choosing the right sizes for your player’s apparel.

Do you provide helmets?

We don’t offer helmets for purchase, but we do ask that your player has a white helmet to match the team’s gear. You may find helmets at most sports-gear stores, either locally or online. 

What if we can't make any of the listed times?

If you are local, but are unable to make any of the times listed, please reach out to the Operations Department by emailing us at rmrroffice@ridertownusa.com. From there, we can discuss a time that works better for you. However, please note that we are not able to change the date of the deadline.
