MISSION
The Rocky Mountain RoughRiders are dedicated to being one of the premier Tier 1 hockey programs in the region. The RoughRiders are guided by the mission Ride Together, which represents a collective commitment to contribute to the greater good of the RoughRiders, the Blue Sport Stable Family, and the surrounding communities. Our program provides a positive, competitive, and supportive environment where athletes can reach their full potential both on and off the ice.
As a Tier 1 Program with an affiliation with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders of the United States Hockey League (USHL), the RoughRiders aim to provide a top-tier developmental path for young athletes to play at the highest levels of hockey. Our commitment extends beyond the rink, focusing on helping players grow as individuals, students, and members of their community.

The organization’s vision centers around being a classy and humble program focused on shaping, developing, and mentoring the character and well-being of all athletes, coaches, families, and guests.
